🔄 Seeb Services Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If you cancel within 10 hours of booking and no team has been assigned, you are eligible for a full refund.
• If a team has been assigned but work has not begun, a cancellation fee may apply.

• Cancellations are not permitted once execution begins.
• No refunds will be issued if site work has started, materials have been purchased, or customized items are processed.
• Customers are responsible for material and labor costs already incurred.

• Seeb reserves the right to cancel services due to unavailability, force majeure, or violation of terms.
• In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or an alternative service option.

• Full refunds apply only to eligible cancellations within 10 hours where no team is assigned.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
• Non-refundable fees (such as consultation or design charges) are communicated upfront.

To modify a booked service, please contact our support team at least X days in advance. Additional charges may apply based on changes requested.
